I just moved out to my own place, and its great, but im starting to feel the stress. The stress of bills and money and shit. I guess its all part of growing up though. Im just thankful for the company that I have. They always seem to get my mind off the negative.

On the outside i may appear calm and collected, but inside my unorthodox mind has neglected to see through these trees, this forest of thoughts so my heart takes the lead and replaces my minds spot. With it i see, think and feel differently. Somehow it feels like i know what is meant to be. Free is my mind when my soul takes position and uses my five senses to produce these sentences, distanced are my thoughts of the choices to be made, restless is my body in the bed that i lay.

This is the text I get after I let my girlfriend, who is amazing by the way, take my car to go get food. I guess the curb won. Good thing I could fix it though, but I was like dayummmm what’d you doo? >.

I just wanted to do something nice for you today. I wanted to show you that I love you more than you think, but in the process I was able to mess up what could have been a day for us. A day to appreciate eachother on a different level. Unfortunately, I make mistakes that I am not aware of until after the fact, but I promise I’m trying.

This is me, letting my future wife borrow my car. Because her and only her will be able to drive it, aside from me. My car is an extension of me, and it may not seem like a big deal, but if I ever let you drive my car, that means I care a hell of a lot about you. Enough to let you into my world, my pride and joy. You may see it as a metal box on wheels that moves from place to place. But cars are all I have when everything else is dead and gone. Cars won’t leave me stranded, cars won’t ditch me for the cool kids, cars won’t think I’m weird or turn their back on me. Cars won’t cheat on me or think I’m not good enough. And if I’m able to let you sit behind the steering wheel, let you turn the key (or push the button), let you put it into first gear and actually let you drive away in it, then you mean the world to me. Especially if I’m not in the car with you. If you’re driving my car, you’re driving my heart. So please wear the seat belt and keep the rpm’s high, and don’t forget to enjoy the ride. ;)
